Same machine, larger mold, more production!

In order to help client to upgrade their production on current system, we have launched micro-pitch design preform mold already. With this new generation preform mold, on 730x730 clamping platform, you can use 64-cavity mold to replace former 48-cavity mold. Then, it means you can have 33% more production capacity with current system. In the same model, you can run 48-cavity micro-pitch mold on 580x580 clamping platform and 32-cavity micro-pitch mold on 520x520 clamping platform. To get higher production, high-speed machine is not the only way, to use micro-pitch design mold can also help you to reach your target with less investment.
