Servo-driven Blowing System for Wide Mouth Jar

On wide mouth PET jar production, we have adopted servo motor driven for preform transferring and mold clamping successfully on our 4-cavity system. Comparing with pneumatic driven mode, servo motor can provide more stable movement and reduce machine’s shocking into min level. During the mold close and open, you will almost not feel any obvious shaking, which will ensure the machine with possible lower wear and tear and longer using life. What’s more, preform automatic feeding conveyor and turnover robot unit for jar discharging had been adopted on this system, too. Then, it will be possible to receive the preform from injection machine directly and also can connect with empty jar packing machine. It means you can carry out in-line produce from PET resin to empty jar packing automatically.
