Heavy PET Preform Production with Top-entry Robot

Top-entry Robot has played more and more important role in injection production. In PET preform production, it can avoid the PET preform surface’s scratching and impacting damage which will appear during preform’s free drop process from mold. What’s more, it can also place the preforms onto horizontal conveyor in line and let the preform not stick together. This will be more useful for heavy preform’s production. The PET preform can be cooled on the conveyor by air continuously and you can reduce some cooling time inside the mold to increase production quantity.
