Heavy Preform Mold Test

For jumbo edible oil and drinking water bottle,
the preforms are always heavy, from 80g to 130g. How to design balance of
preform mold’s hot runner for this type of heavy preform is more complicated
than normal light preform’s mold. The more the mold cavity number is, the more
difficult to carry out hot runner’s balance. KRONCE had launched 32-cavity mold
with preform up to 130g successfully. Certainly, there are also full range of mold
from 8 to 32-cavity for selection to meet different production quantity’s
requirement.
