15mm neck sauce PET Bottle Production from PET Preform

Small neck sauce PET bottle is usually produced on 1-stage injection-blow system. KRONCE has carried out it by 2-stage solution successfully. 10g PET preform mold and 90cc blow mold had been running on KRONCE both injection machine and blowing machine respectively. Comparing with 4-cavity 1-stage injection-blow system, KRONCE 4-cavity blow machine’s production quantity has been increased 3 times already and the final PET bottle’s quality has been kept as the same. If considering machine’s investment, KRONCE solution is also much lower than 1-stage injection-blow system.
