Cap Compression Line in Africa

24-cavity closure compression system has been launched successfully in Africa. With single system, our machine has helped customer to produce 29/25 closure up to 24000 pcs/hour. After compressed, the closure has been sent to high-speed slitting machine’s hopper directly to carry out fully automatic closure production in line. Also, high quality double-color dozer has helped customer to add master batch and recycle material into virgin material with precise proportion at the same time, which can reduce the closure production cost, and also reach good color cap result.
