Compression System in Plastico Brazil

Comparing with traditional injection technology to make standard closure, compression system has shown its obvious advantage on higher speed, lower power consumption, better closure surface, more simple operation and lower maintenance requirement. In March 20^th to 24^th, we have successfully shown our cap compression system in Plastico Brazil together with our local partner. Every day, 9-hour continue running demo on the show with 18-cavity compression system to make 2.3g 38mm cap with stable output as 15480pcs/hour. If using injection technology, you need use 48-cavity hot runner cap mold on 300T injection platform to get the same output rate as our 18-cavity compression system for the same closure.
