Visual Management for Mold Production

As an important component of ERP system, visual
management has been widely used on KRONCE mold’s construction process. Each
production team no long uses page by page printing drawing, but can check all
the details from live screen on working house. 3D software provides more clear
assembling result among mold’s each part. And team member is able to check
every dimension detail on site. For plant management, it will be also easier to
check each mold’s actual assembling period and show correct information to our
client. We can work more efficiently.
