Still have headache about your cap mold’s nozzle?

Many clients had faced the same headache issue on their injection mold, like the product can’t be injected complete in some cavities, or can’t inject material out in some cavities. The reason is always on the mold’s nozzle tip, which is made by copper. On Kronce, through several years’ R&D, we have started to use Tungsten steel to make injection mold’s nozzle tip. This material has increased a lot of nozzle tip’s hardness, and keep the nozzle tip with ideal thermal conductivity. Also we have adopt PID temperature control mode on each nozzle tip’s heat setting. Comparing with voltage regulating mode, PID can help the operator to know the nozzle tip’s actual temperature value and do good for nozzle tip’s longer using life.
