With this special base, Kronce made tight communication with the client and did good market research, invited the clients to visit Kronce factory and went to the client's factory to make the actual check, made the plant layout and preform-bottle-cap design by 3D, to realize the actual products' situation in advance. Meanwhile, considering the trends in the local market, Kronce suggest the client select the minimum PET bottle volume(save the material cost), plus the related PET preform weight, then select the related PET preform neck which could be adopted locally &popularly. Accordingly, what we considered is to make sure the client can go on with their liquor business by PET bottle instead of liquor pouch, but also they can enter into another field for plastic products, make ready for selling their PET preform, PET bottle and cap, then create another profit source.

Kronce made the turnkey solution for the client, including the PET preform injection molding system with takeout robot, the PET stretch-blow molding system and the cap compression molding system, to ensure the match among the PET preform-PET bottle and HDPE cap.

After 6months of running, the client's plant running well even the COVID-19 time. They can sell the liquor products, also they can sell the PET preform, PET bottle and cap to these smaller plants who need these ready plastic products. It is also the initial goal of both. The client is happy and satisfied, it is a new start for such a format change and will help him to be a new development smoothly.
