KRONCE 90ml long neck sauce PET blow molding machine launched successfully

We are very glad to announce that we have helped our customer to launch 90ml long neck sauce PET bottle successfully with KRONCE two-stage equipment (preform weight is 11g and neck inner diameter below 11mm).
On our customer’s current ASB 8-cavity injection-blow system, the cycle time is 12s and output is 2400bph.
With our solution, 32-cavity 11g preform line and 2 sets of 4-cavity blowing line, the output is 5600bph with the same quality PET bottle, which means almost 2.5 times production as ASB 8-cavity system, but the equipment total investment will be even less than it!
