Overview
Our customer benefit from KRONCE-SMARGON’s PET process experience and from the construction and design of stretch blow molding machines that meet the requirement for the cost-effective, reliable and precise production of high-tech PET bottles with top output and machine availability. We call this “Value Added Bottle Blowing” – a high demand which is met by the key features of our SMS-II machine.
To inherit KRONCE-SMARGON blow molding machine’s high efficiency, wide application, easy operation, and low maintenance, as well as our know-how on light preform and bottle design, SMS-II series is designed for 10ml~2250ml PET bottle’s production with economic solution. With them, you can produce up to 2000 pcs of 500ml round-shape bottle per hour on single machine by preform’s weight 13.5g and 30/25 neck on various models.
Specification
SMS600II is a two-cavity automatic platform conceived for PET containers up to 0.6 liters, with output up to 2000BPH for 500ml round water bottle with 30/25 neck.
SMS1500II is a two-cavity automatic platform conceived for PET containers up to 1.5 liters, with output up to 2000BPH for 500ml round water bottle with 30/25 neck.
SMS2250II is a two-cavity automatic platform conceived for PET containers up to 2.25 liters, with output up to 2000BPH for 500ml round water bottle with 30/25 neck.

Technical Description

1、Preform Feeding

The preforms are feeding in bulk via belt elevator and linear unscrambler. The preforms are lowered by gravity, neck up, into the charging robot that feeds the machine.

2、Heating Conditioning

Preform enter the oven, neck down, protected against overheating via water-cooling circle.

3、Stretch-Bowing

After heating, the preforms are introduced into the blowing mold. The high-pressure blowing is activated after the pre-blowing, with adjustable times

4、Bottle Ejection

Once the bottles have been blown, they are transferred outside the blowing mold by means of a simple mechanical system.
